Coach Cal Dietz, author of Triphasic Training, joined us on the Weightlifting House podcast to talk about how we as weightlifters can incorporate his famed system of training in order to become stronger and more powerful. We went really deep into this as we wanted to make sure that we totally understood the recommendations to make the conversation as useful to you as possible. At the end we wrapped up with a fun round of trying to blow Cal Dietz's mind with some of Weightlifting's most insane lifts.
