In this episode Najma is talking with chiropractor, Dr Rachel Hamil, about holistic approaches to health and well-being. Too often we think about our health only when we get ill and need to find a remedy, but what we really need to do is aim to maintain good health and well-being all the time. It is this which will help us to lead productive and fulfilling lives.

Dr Rachel introduces us to the 3 phases of health: mechanical, biochemical and emotional/spiritual; explains how blockages can lead to ill-health; summarises the effects of the toxins in our environment and food chain, and discusses the deep connection between emotional and physical health, which mean that limiting and even generational beliefs can hold your back from achieving good health.
