This week I’m sharing more tips to develop & maintain a strong mind. Those who mind their mind can take action quickly, easily adapt to change, & are in control of their thoughts & emotions.

Doesn’t that sound like the ideal way to live? If you missed part one last week, go back & check it out here: https://apple.co/3aaLUWM.

Self-awareness is a continual practice. There’s always room to grow. Mentally strong people can quickly determine how urgent a situation truly is, then take care of it with their feelings in check.

For those who are really brave, I suggest stepping outside yourself & asking someone close to you if they find any of your character traits difficult to deal with or be around. But you must give them permission to be honest!

There are also a few things we need to stop doing, because they’re chipping away at our mental strength. Victimhood, negative self-talk, & feeding self-destructive beliefs are at the top of the list.

I’m helping you ditch those toxic thoughts & behaviors to become a mental ironman (or woman)!
