Do you just want to be happy? On this special episode of We’re Talking Shift I’m giving you the first of my five principles for ‘Common Sense Happiness,’ a book I wrote to help people stop whining, bitching, & suffering!

If you find yourself feeling unhappy even when having fun or achieving success, your old patterns of thinking may be to blame. You can change your emotions by shifting the meaning you attach to whatever is going on.

Happiness is something you can learn & practice—but you must do the work. It’s difficult not to resist what we can’t change. It’s even more difficult to waste our energy by thinking painful & frustrating thoughts about it all.

So take a listen to my advice on how to respond instead of react, get a grip on your fears, & stop relying on others to feel good.

True happiness & fulfillment is an internal job. I’m giving you the tools to get it done!
