In the midst of a presidential election with levels of drama that rival reality television, our local millennials remind us that change begins in our own backyard. What’s Good 206 Producer Jen Germain talked with three political activists who prove that millennials aren’t just the future leaders of our country, but are already helping to lead it. Matthew Donnellan is the Political Director for Bill Bryant’s campaign for Governor. Donnellan has been engaged with politics and working on campaigns across the country since his freshman year of college, when he joined the College National Republican Committee (CRNC). In this episode of “Game Changers,” he talks with producer Jen Germain about the importance of thinking critically about political solutions, the challenge with engaging the millennial generation in an era of personalized customization, and how young voters can more effectively advocate for change.
