Is it really that tough? Why is it so difficult to live a healthy lifestyle these days? Why is it with all the information that is out there are people still suffering from chronic disease, heart disease is still the number one killer of women, and while people are living longer, they are living longer while still being sick. Many of us are suffering from information overload. The internet is wonderful, but having access to all that information on how to get healthy and stay healthy is sometimes daunting. What’s true? What makes sense for your situation? How much of this information should you take to heart? I invited two experts in the field of health and wellness that really keep it simple and tell you the truth about getting well and staying well. They share with us simple wisdoms and truths that not only educate you but motivate you to start making those necessary changes to live a healthier lifestyle. Take some notes…great information is shared. Get ready to start making better healthy lifestyle changes today! Lewis Meline is a medical doctor and expert in nutrition and exercise. He began his education in nutrition and exercise over 40 years ago. At that time, he was in the Air Force and like many other military personnel (and civilians for that matter), he was over-weight and very out-of-shape. Being like this bothered him to the point that he had to do something about it. Not knowing where to turn, he began to study nutrition from text books and any other information he could get his hands on. He was also interested in exercising but didn't know what he wanted to do. After evaluating various ways to exercise, he decided to lift weights and gathered information about it. Through the years, Dr. Meline has done extensive research on what it takes to live a a healthy lifestyle through nutrition and exercise. Dr. Meline, who is an OBGyn has spent quite a bit of time working with women and teaching them the importance of nutrition and exercise when it comes to regulating their hormones, controlling their weight and getting through menopause. His findings are in his ground-breaking book “Lies Exposed The Truth About Dieting Supplements and Weight Loss” For Further Insight: Book: LIES EXPOSED!: The Truth About Dieting, Supplements, Weight Loss and Exercise Margaret Marshall is The Healthy Living Expert.
