In this episode, I speak about how I punished myself and gave up alcohol in order to learn to how truly love myself, how to master self-love.
I share all the lessons I learned about self-love.
Some of these lessons include:
1) isolation is necessary in order to get to know yourself
2) you can work on yourself while growing with others
3) don’t let someone’s inability to not choose you, allow you to abandon yourself
4) don’t settle!
