Mr. Stephan Kesting is a martial arts practitioner and instructor at the Grapple Arts. He is also a Podcaster, Youtube creator and a full-time firefighter.

It's not really that you have to spend more time doing that particular move, you need to find a way to achieve the same goal... That is varying the guard and then ending up in the armbar.

Mr. Stephan Kesting - Episode 478

One of the most convincing ways to ask your parents to bring you to a martial arts class is to write a letter using crayons to threaten them. Unfortunately. It did not work with Mr. Stephan Kesting but however, he started training at 12-years old. He was fascinated with martial arts when he read a book as a young child which gave him a strong foundation to do what he is doing now, teach martial arts. He founded an online martial arts course GrappleArts.com, his own Youtube channel, and his own podcast: The Strenuous Life Podcast. Mr. Stephan Kesting is the definition of busy and he has a lot in store for us in this episode. Listen to learn more!
