I am also content strategist for several companies in the industry. I quickly learned that you can only take Archery 101 and Shot gunning 101 a couple times before you are bored with it. So I set out looking for hunts that I could attend with other women. I did find a few hunts but they were mostly "fund" driven events which meant along with that hunt came games and auctions in hopes of raising money for a certain organization. Which is definitely a great cause, but it did not take long for me to get bored with those events as well--I wanted to HUNT. I wanted the same experience any hunter would get if they booked a hunt with an outfitter.... great food, good fellowship and plenty of hunting. There are a few organizations out there offering hunts but they are way out of my price range. Finally, I decided if I couldn't find any outfitters willing to offer quality economical hunts, I would organize a few myself.
