This week in Part 2, Colin talks about the social dynamics in low-income and government housing, the role of media's negative portrayals of our neighbours below the poverty line, and the challenges of a generation born into grinding poverty. Called to be a "broker of hope" and to call forward a community of hope brokers, Colin shares how Urban Promise grew and how the stories shared in Red Letter Revolution and The Beautiful Disappointment formed him, impacted the city, and directed his trajectory. Finally, he discusses his latest project, and how Connect Leadership Ministries is giving youth a place to land, a goal to aspire to, and a way to unleash their unique gifts and passions on their neighbourhoods.
