The seventeenth episode of Wills Fifth Quarter Special features the host Will Farlow and his guest co-host Anthony Ferretti featuring a special guest appearance from Illinois State volleyball player Lexi Varga. The first segment features the first ever player interview in the show’s history as Will talks to ISU volleyball senior Lexi Varga. Following the interview Will and Anthony talk the hopes for continued success for the Illinois State Volleyball 2018 season. The show continues with a recap of the Illinois State football team winning their home opener September 1st and predictions for the upcoming home game against Eastern Illinois University. The second segment feature talk of the Chicago Bears as they add star defensive player Khalil Mack and we predict what to expect in the week 1 road matchup the Bears have at Lambeau Field against the Packers. The show continues with White Sox talk of Michael Kopech’s sudden UCL tear and possible Tommy John Surgery and how the Sox can continue future success. The Cubs saw another walk off homer Thursday night from David Bote and Will and Anthony predict what the Cubs can do in their remaining 2018 regular season games. The final segment closing the show is Will's Sports movie Moment where the host and guest co-hosts share a favorite moment in a sport movie favorite comparing it to a moment in modern day sports.
