The Horse Show: S3E10 - Adrienne Lyle Aims for Personal Best at WEG

Dressage rider Adrienne Lyle, 33, from Widbey Island, Washington State and currently training in Wellington, Florida, will be competing in her second World Equestrian Games next month when she partners Betsy Juliano’s 11 year old Hannoverian stallion Salvino for Team USA. Their partnership began five years ago and has consolidated to produce consistent results both at home and overseas. They just returned from Europe where the team finished runner up in Aachen - a great confidence boost for the squad going into the games. Adrienne is aiming for a personal best result knowing that they can score in the 80’s and that there is more to come. Adrienne is also leaving no stones unturned with her own fitness - she spends 6 days a week in the gym doing cross training and pilates. Chris Stafford caught up with her in Florida as she counts the days before leaving for final team training in Tryon, North Carolina.
