Den här veckan dyker vi in i ämnet träning och barn. Josefine har börjar träna med sin 9-åriga son som aldrig tidigare visat intresse för idrott. Det för oss in på ämnet att träna med barn och vi reder ut hur man kan tänka kring barn och träning. Vid vilken ålder får de en konditionseffekt och när blir styrketräning extra viktigt att lägga in och fokusera mer på?

Sara närmar sig D-day och börjar känna sig väldigt redo för förlossning.
