Jenny Deason Copeland is first a historian with a devoted interest in investigative journalism. She is a graduate of Tiffin Columbian High School in 1970, the University of Toledo, in Ohio, in 1972 and various classes in research psychology which included some University of Louisville Medical School studies related to her pursuit of a master’s degree and PhD in Neuropsychopharmacology. In 1975, she began work for the old Bell System as an engineer trainee and has been working in the network organization of the Baby Bells and spin-off companies and now the newly reformulated AT&T for over 38 years as both an engineer and a Project Manager. This included almost a year of work in Brussels, Belgium during the late 1990s.She olds four U.S. patents. Jenny has co-written one feature film as a student project, SafeWord. In 2015, Jenny founded Crazy Red Head Publishing and launched two children’s books in the same year. “A MouseKeeper Christmas” is a Santa story picture book for ages 3-8. The second edition of “New Shoes for Elizabeth” was refreshed as a tween age chapter book for ages 8-12. Both books are available in three formats, e-book, paperback and a coloring book .Jenny is a historian of the Nixon era. Her theories have been shared, for peer review, with other Nixon Historians and they have offered their thoughts and support. Her screenplays have made the quarterfinalist cut in many competitions. The Tiananmen West script obtained and Honorable Mention in 2005. She often illustrates her poems with cloud angel watercolors. She has written an album of original Christmas carols but has no idea what to do with them. She is also a food historian and historical cook. She is author of a cooking web site that features historic recipes that she recreates for a gluten free diet. Her cooking site is at www.Partywitholdfood.com. . Jenny has four non-fiction books in outline form. Her works can be reviewed on the Crazy Red Head Publishing web site www.crazyredheadpublishing.com or on the site dedicated to the Tiananmen West book at www.tiananmenwest.com . The books are available via Amazon.com and other outlets in both e-book and paperback formats.
