Today I teach you 3 things you can do to begin winning with — and within — yourself.

If you’re battling with yourself, you’ll always end up on the losing end. There are no two ways about it.

You’re either ON your team or you’re NOT.

If you’re NOT, then you’re against yourself…and you’re fighting a losing battle. No one wins, especially YOU.

Stop fighting. Stop battling yourself.

Today’s the day you can stop this, and WIN.

You may have heard of the old saying of, “get out of your own way.”

I don’t agree with this.

This whole idea that you need to be fixed, you're broken, you're missing something, or need someone to complete you, you need to be better, work more, work harder, or whatever it is that you're telling yourself...etc....is simply NOT the whole truth.

It's not about being better or best.

It's about Being Excellent Starting Today.

You be. You start. You keep going. Today.

Make a decision. Then take action.

Decisions do. Commitment continues.

Stop trying to fix yourself.

Stop trying to be someone or something else.

Stop trying.

Stop working against yourself, and work WITH yourself.

It's not about YOU being in the way. It's about you BEING the way.

That's right, YOU are the way. It’s not that you need to get out of your way. Instead, you must allow yourself to become the way.

Isn't that freeing?

You don't need more SELF-HELP. You don't need to help yourself.

Stop working against yourself. Stop battling yourself.

Stop TRYING to help yourself, and simply be yourself.

Care for yourself.

When you care for yourself, you won't care about all these other things that DON'T MATTER.

YOU matter.

What must you do in order to stop battling yourself?

Here are 3 things you can begin doing today...

1. Forgive yourself.

For the past. For the present. For the future.

This may sound easier said than done. However, it's easier done than said.

It's absolutely easier done than NOT DONE.

Face it. YOU are the ONLY person that’s been with you from the beginning, and must be with you until the end. So you might as well get along.

Release yourself to be who you are.

Be the way.

Meet yourself where you are today.

Letting go of the YOU that you were yesterday, and embracing who you are today, by forgiving yourself.

Recognize yourself today, and release yourself into becoming who you are today and tomorrow.

2. Make a decision (and commitment) to be your best friend.

No matter what.

Love yourself.

Pursue YOU.

REMIND yourself AND ROMANCE yourself.

Womance yourself as any great girlfriend — Bestie — would do.


Romance your own life.

3. Free your inner Warrior Princess and unleash your creative power by allowing your dreams and desires to express themselves.

Allow HER to express herself.

REMEMBER who you are AND REMIND yourself by listening to your heart's desire, your creative nature, your Warrior Princess within you.

She's your incredible, passionate, powerful little girl that's showing up as the most divine, brilliant being — the woman that you are today.

Stop battling yourself, and start building yourself from the inside, out.
