I want to let the world know that theres a better way. Hi, Im Dr. Susan Brown, medical anthropologist and certified nutritionist. For nearly three decades, I have led the field in rethinking natural bone health, osteopenia, and osteoporosis.

Every second, there are million spots in your skeleton where patches of old, worn-out bone are being broken down and fresh new bone is being formed. This incredibly complex network of self-repair is at work in your body at this very moment, and you dont even have to lift a finger.

Our bones are meant to last a lifetime. It isnt natural or inevitable for bones to weaken excessively or fracture as we age. With the right support, our skeletons can remain strong and fully functional throughout our entire lifespan, just as nature intended.
