Today I interview two really innovative women in the health industry Nutritionists Debbie Peterson- Wendy Bright-Fallen of NourishCoaches.com. This team does things differently. they see people as individuals and don't believe in the one size fits all mentality or the mentality of one little quick pill will solve all your preambles in a minute. Wendy and Debbie see food as medicine and nourishment and believe food should be delicious and enjoyable And real whole food is the foundation of their philosophy. And it’s NOT about deprivation, shame, or guilt. Their mission is to make the world a healthy place through their Five Pillars of Health: Nutrition, Movement, Sleep, Stress Management and Community.
