Kev Toonen is a former special forces operator who stepped into the Human Performance realm at the armed forces. He now provides his decades of experience to athletes and the public alike.

Every single time I sit down with Kev three things happen. (1) I laugh. (2) The conversation goes deep. and (3) I learn something... this is why I asked him on the show.

What is the Law Of Accommodation? How do you apply the law when programming for performance and tactical athletes? Do the principles of the law merge from physiological performance to psychological performance? Discuss
