Mel Corlett wants you to have faith in yourself. She spends her days at her gym - Women of Treign - showing women they have all the power and strength they 'll ever need.
I asked Mel on the show to provide our listeners with a female perspective on why working on physical strength can impact all aspects of our life - mental strength, self awareness and happiness. We also focus much of the conversation on why performance is far more important than aesthetics.
