James thinks outside the box and revolutionizes whatever industries he enters. From his global Peace Concerts, to his hugely successful international Seminary program, to creating a new genre of film called Ageless Cinema, James allows his own authentic voice to carry him to success.
About James Twyman:
James Twyman is the NY Times Bestselling author of fifteen books including The Moses Code and Emissary of Light. In 1995 he set out to perform the Peace Concert around the world, especially in places where violence and wars rage. He’s been invited by the government of countries like Iraq, Northern Ireland, Israel and South Africa to perform the concert at critical moments. He’s also the founder of The Beloved Community and the Seminary of Spiritual Peacemaking, and is the producer and co-screenwriter of the hugely popular Indie film Redwood Highway which is available on nearly every movie streaming data base.
“I am that.”
One of his greatest challenges:
“What does it mean, and how does it feel, to really live a life of true authenticity.”
When he knows the work he is doing is making a difference:
James shares an interaction he had with a gang leader in Capetown, South Africa that has stuck with him.
Keep it simple. Find a path that sings to your soul, that really works for you.
Best strategies for funding:
When I’m living from my passion, the money just shows up. And it’s always about taking a risk. “Even if I fall flat on my face, I am going to show the universe that I am brave.”
Personal Practice That Keeps Him Going on the Tough Days
Whenever he recognizes something he wants in his life, James turns to his mantra, “I am that.”
