Today’s guest on the Worth Listening podcast is Peter Figaro. Peter is one of Lauryn’s friends and an early millennial who retired at 40 years old. His story is a great example of why it can be a good thing to take advantage of the benefits that a job can offer instead of going after the sexy trend of entrepreneurship.
Not only was he able to retire in his 40s, but he purchased his first home at 25 years old. He has closed on four homes and has built himself a real estate portfolio. Part of his investments includes an Airbnb he has successfully run for five years without a problem.
