Steve Laurance is currently the Deputy Chief Financial Officer (DCFO) for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). Mr. Laurance previously served in the Department of Defense’s Defence Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) as the Deputy Director for Acquisition, Finance and Logistics. He also served as a Vice President for a publicly-traded company specializing in consulting and staffing. Mr. Laurance retired from the U.S. Army after 24 years of service, including enlisted and commissioned officer service culminating his career in the Army as Counter-narcotics/Counter-Terrorism Budget Officer for U.S. Southern Command.
