For the finale of the series on March 8, we look forward to welcome Nobel Prize winner for literature, Herta Müller as the reading mentor of Chinese poet and artist Liu Xia. Together with moderator Gerwig Epkes, Herta Müller will speak about the powerful poetry of Liu Xia and about her own work, in which she eloquently highlights the horror of totalitarianism.

Zum Abschluss der Veranstaltungsreihe dürfen wir am 8. März 2016 Literaturnobelpreisträgerin Herta Müller begrüßen. Als Lesepatin ergreift sie das Wort für die in China seit Jahren unter strengem Hausarrest stehende Dichterin und Künstlerin Liu Xia und spricht mit Moderator Gerwig Epkes über ihre eigenen Werke, in denen Verfolgung, Bedrohung und Isolation ebenfalls eine zentrale Rolle spielen.
