我们是谁?我们从哪里来?我们曾经经历过怎样的变迁?当我们无数次叩问自己这些问题时,不妨问问你的胃,那些你记忆最深处无比留恋的味道将会给你答案。的确,食物就是这样的一个存在,吃对人类来说,是本能、是礼节,也是艺术。恰有这样的一个机会,让我们所有人被摁在了家中,为了无法按耐的食欲,开始了一轮对食物的闭门造车。中国大地广博,食材丰富,这也造就了中国菜系多样,差异显著的格局;而现代物流业的发达,也让我们有了足不出门遍尝美食的可能。当然也有很多美食会受到时间、地点的限制,所以真正最能够时刻激起我们食欲,欲罢不能的则是一部部制作越来越为精良的美食纪录片和美食剧集。从《舌尖上的中国》到《风味人间》,陈晓卿延续着他一贯以来的风格,精致不做作,让我们看到食物最美好的样子,也让我们找到食物背后,人间烟火的样子,这可能就是食物最让人愉悦的地方。它可能不必像高级餐厅里精致的摆盘、上等的食材、优雅的环境,总给一种千里之外的感觉。普通人家的一日三餐虽然朴素,但也依然可以充满着艺术与温情,这是餐桌文化、饮食文化的结晶,也是我们一路探寻的食物最本真的东西。也正是因为这种不懈的探寻,在千百年的时间里人类逐渐掌握了各式各样驯化食材的方法,在维持身体足够能量的方式后,逐渐开始从吃饱向吃健康转变。少油少盐,少吃辛辣食物并不意味着我们要放弃对食物风味的追寻,美食博主芥末会告诉你减脂餐其实也可以很好吃。本期节目我们就邀请到了两位美食博主芥末和夏凉,一起和我们从美食的纪录片开始,聊聊普通人家美食的艺术。
