Any time is a good time to get in touch with your menstrual cycle. But lockdown provides a unique landscape against which to witness your inner seasons. When you’re pretty much living groundhog day, you can really notice the ebbs and flows of your energy, motivation, mindset and mood. In today’s episode I talk about using the sameness of your lockdown days to observe the shifts in your menstrual cycle. You can, of course, still apply this if you’re not in lockdown. And if you’re not a menstruator, you can still witness your internal shifts, and give yourself permission to accept and flow with them, rather than struggling against them.

In this episode, I refer to the amazing documentary ‘In My Blood It Flows’ which is currently on Netflix. It’s a heartwarming and heart-wrenching insight into the life of an Aboriginal boy and his family, and some of the systemic issues in our education system.

Please go watch it and learn what you can.
