What if you knew right NOW that you were slowly killing yourself?

What if you KNEW the cause of death would be that you did NOT move your body enough?

Would you then make time to move?

Did you know that 42% of dementia cases could be PREVENTED if we moved just 30 minutes per day. 42%!!

And whilst many people think it’s just a NORMAL part of ageing (dead wrong), the seed of dementia takes 20-50 years to GROW into a diagnosis.

So if you are in your 30s, your INACTIVE lifestyle could be watering the seeds of dementia right NOW.

And then when the diagnosis hits, your family, children and friends have to pick up the pieces. And all that money you’ve worked so hard earning your entire life gets diverted back into “the system”. There goes your legacy. There goes your dreams. There goes your life.

I’m not saying Movement is the CURE for Dementia. I am saying that (and this comes from Professor Michael Woodward) that almost HALF of dementia (Which many people believe is the WORST way to die) would NOT exist if we got off our butts and moved some more.
