John Kramp, David Atchision, leadership, consulting, executiveNo one in a corporate job enjoys going through an organizational reorganization. Simply mention the word “re-org” and most people get a sick feeling in their stomachs. But there is a way to thrive during a time of change.

In this Bookmark Edition, John Kramp shares about his first experience in a major organizational reorganization. At the time, he had only been at the company for four weeks. Unfortunately, this “change” was something the hiring supervisor had only mentioned in passing during the interview.
