Micahel Beale, current 1st team coach at Rangers previously coached at Chelsea and Liverpool in the Academies as well as a stint coaching in Brazil at Sao Paulo as a 1st team coach. He's one of the best player developers in the country. Harry Watling has coached at Chelsea, Millwall and West Ham. One of the best coaches in Academy football in this country. Harry and Michael answer questions from the listeners as well as discussing some of the main issues surrounding youth development.
