In 2006, YPO member Matthias Knaur joined a team with six other entrepreneurs and raised USD100 million to buy a non-core business division from ADP for USD1 billion. After three short years focusing on customer growth and retention, Matthias and the team grew the division from 31 to 63 countries and took it public in 2007, with a listing over USD3 billion dollars.
Shortly after, he founded Pepper Oaks Capital, a management buy-in partnership combining private capital with operational leadership to help midsize service businesses grow.
In 2014, Matthias also founded Annuity Management Group. Driven by advanced technology, data analytics and service sales expertise, the company helps service businesses significantly drive sales and increase revenue.
