The lads are joined by former Newport County defender Jay Foulston fresh off winning the National League South with Yeovil Town. The boys talk about Jay signing for Swans academy at a very young age and the heartache of being released at 11 years old, getting a 2nd chance at a pro career at Newport and becoming the 3rd youngest player in their history to play a pro game.
