Disability representation in media doesn’t exist in a vacuum because disability is something that can impact anyone at anytime – meaning it is so important to touch on the intersectional points of representation.

Nichole is joined in a discussion of the landmark, but complicated, film Se7en by Hannah Oglivie, host of Fats on Film, a podcast that discusses the representation of plus-sized bodies across all genres of television and film.

We touch on so much in our discussion of Se7en:

> there are some arguably terrible individuals associated with this movie now but wanted to still have this conversation in the hopes that there is a benefit of sharing our thoughts

> how media depictions of disability, weight, gender and sexuality begin to inform our associations and identity from a young age

> how disability and weight are linked to the “religious morality” framework of the Seven Deadly Sins
