Whether it’s a rare blood disorder or two athletes in the same year getting diagnosed with lymphoma, ATs have to be able to recognize much more than orthopedic conditions. It is not uncommon for ATs to be the most accessible healthcare provider for our patients, so being able to identify and manage some general medical conditions is a must.
