In this episode, Harry gives us a breakdown of he landed his role in pro sport from the schooling system, is it possible for other coaches to go from school to sport, the importance of networks and relationships, how he balanced the sporting calendar with the education, the differences between the rugby program and swimming, the Google principle that served him well, setting students up for skills beyond school plus a whole lot more!
