As the full moon hangs overhead, its light seems to cast a spotlight on my own journey toward self-protection and the arduous task of untangling the deep-seated patterns of the mind. On the cusp of a monastic retreat, I find myself reflecting on the enduring struggle that many, especially women in Tamil Nadu, face in defending themselves against real threats. With a heart heavy from the societal pressures that question my decision to seek help from the authorities, I draw inspiration from Mother Teresa, opening up about my internal conflict and the quest to let go of the pain rooted in my family lineage and past life karma.
Venturing into the once sacred spaces of Arunachala and Rishikesh, I bear witness to the energies shifting under dark influences and external agendas. This change reaffirms my belief in the power of internal transformation, an awakening that can only be achieved through the elevation of our own energy vibrations.
I lay bare my personal adversities, including deceit and illness, which have only served to fortify my commitment to healing and self-improvement. As I embark on a three-month meditation retreat, I extend an invitation to you to join me on this path of raising the planet's vibration, together strengthening our collective well-being and bringing light to the darkest corners of our world.
