In this episode, Christina shares she was unable to birth vaginally due to being born with hip displasia leading her to having 6 cesarean births. She shares some of the details for each of those births which includes a breast cancer scare with her 2nd pregnancy, in addition to talking about the importance of being human with and in front of your children to ensure they too can learn about their own emotions and how to navigate them.
