It was a pleasure having Dr. Cindy Starke on the show. She says she sees women come alive all the time now.
Overachieving is not the answer. Dr. Cindy Starke left her practice feeling that although she started off loving what she did, medicine became like a revolving door as time went on, like Ground Hog Day.
What she learned is that her emotions are there for you. Instead of overworking to make yourself worthy, you can find yourself by finding your emotions.
I loved that Dr. Cindy Starke asked about bulimia. She was interested. I shared my experience, but I don't know other people's "routine", or feelings. But I do know pleasure and pain come with bulimia.
With Dr. Cindy Starke, it's interesting that her acceptance of a shift was her similar cycle of bulimia.
Doctors and nurses on 12-hour shifts are not healthy, never mind being over-driven outside and pushing yourself. And what are we doing and who are we proving this all to?
Social scripts - change it to work for you instead of against you. That's what Dr. Cindy Starke helps.
Why do you want a feather in your cap?
I love something Dr. Cindy Starke said. This is a meat suit. Stop trying to impress each other as women or being in a man's world. This is a meat suit. It's not what you look like on the outside. It's what your meat suit is holding in. The beauty, the care, the love you exude.
Know how to love your life. Your experiences. Dr. Cindy rewires your thoughts through her process through workshops once a month.
In one part of your mind, that is all your limiting beliefs reside. To clear out the limiting beliefs it goes through a filter. Find out more that, about how Dr. Cindy clears out the limiting beliefs.
5 parts of the clearing that she shares in groups or individual session are also spoken to.
