Not only will it allow you to pay closer attention to what you are doing right and wrong, but it makes it easier for you to pivot and reevaluate when necessary! This journey is not just about reaching that final goal, but about using the knowledge and lessons learned along the way to make life a little bit freer and a little bit easier!
