Author and Ultra Running Legend Catra Corbett has run over 100, 100 mile races, has run over 30, 200 mile runs. In addition to these challenges, she has faced many other life challenges including addiction, abuse, and the untimely death of her father when she was 17 years old. Her running companions include runners of all ages and abilities both two and four legged.

In addition to the strong bonds that she has formed in the community, she shares her special bond with her Dachshund ultra doggies. We discuss the grieving process and the joy of doing hard things, and make a connection with this bright light of the trails.
