After devoting more than 20 years to searching for a career she loves, Rachel Gaddis wanted to help people find their dream career more efficiently. She felt certain that it didn't need to take that long - so she developed her own system for discovering what you really want to do for work.

Rachel works with clients from diverse backgrounds and industries, offering one-on-one coaching in the form of customized, tailored coaching packages. She uses various tools and techniques, many of which she created specifically for her clients, such as assessments, exercises, feedback, and action plans, to help clients identify their goals, overcome challenges, and achieve results.

Rachel's personal coaching is grounded in co-active coaching methodology. She specializes in career transitions and entrepreneurial startups, helping mid-career professionals re-discover their strengths, values, and purpose, and to carve out meaningful and fulfilling careers. She's also a certified scrum master and product owner, with expertise in agile leadership and delivery.
