Improving Work Culture: A Servant Leader's Insight

In this episode of Make Mental Health Matter Show, Kelli talks with JJ Hardy. He will be sharing his experience as a leadership coach and trainer. He believes that if servant leadership is trained and implemented, it will improve the work experience for employees and improve their mental health. When he transitioned from the Army in 2018, he worked 3 different jobs that all cared about nothing more than getting the work done. They didn't really care about the people at all. He is also a retired combat Veteran who suffers from PTSD. He will share his journey with us.

Introducing JJ Hardy, a distinguished leadership coach and retired Senior Logistics Manager with over two decades of experience in the US Army. He expertly weaves his extensive leadership expertise into his passion for mentoring professionals. As a devoted husband and father of two, JJ values the synergy between personal and professional growth. Venturing into entrepreneurship, he adeptly addresses business challenges, focusing on enhancing productivity and retention. Join JJ on a transformative journey of leadership excellence.
