One of my favorite things about podcasting is being able to talk to people who I look up to and who inspire me. I've been following Lynette and her YouTube channel for a couple years now. One day, I decided to reach out to her and see if she wanted to share her story on the podcast. I feel so honored that this incredible woman said yes!

Lynette has been an inspiration to me in many ways but especially in her ability to stay authentic even while being in the public eye. I loved this interview so much because we got to cover a lot of things along that topic of conversation.

A little about Lynette-

Lynette Hoyle is an online personal trainer, YouTuber, and social media influencer. Her brand and her business help give women the tools, knowledge, and confidence they need to take control of their health and fitness goals in a way that can create balance and harmony in their lives and in their relationship with themselves. From college students to women in retirement, Lynette has helped many find a fitness and nutrition regiment that supports weight loss while still allowing people to enjoy their lives without fear or guilt regarding food or the gym.
