On a recent trip to Port Aransas, Mia and Adrienne had the pleasure of interviewing Kaisen, a Corpus Christi Yogi, Acro Yoga lover and Parkour enthusiast. Kaisen's journey to Yoga started while practicing Parkour and braving the frigid weather in Ohio. A few of his professors from Ohio State University, invited him and his friends to practice hot Yoga in their math classroom one cold winter day. After surviving a near fatal car accident, Kaisen credits his Yoga practice for getting him through some of the toughest times in his life.
