Like most South Africans our work schedule has been upturned by the April public holidays, so please accept our apologies for this late edition of the africast.
Out shorter episode this week starts with Crawl, a new indie game on the block that is one of the most unique in premise. Looking for a dungeon crawler, beat-’em-up, rogue-lite that’s actually a local multiplayer party game? Well Crawl is for you.
Then we zoom out to talk about the new version of Google Earth which lets you get up close and personal with most of the planet.
Finally we talk about the new Xiaomi phone which, surprise surprise, is imitating Apple by removing the headphone jack (something I predicted when the iPhone 7 was confirmed, thank you very much).
Stories mentioned in this edition of the htxt.africast

- Crawl review – coming soon
- See Cape Town, Joburg and rest of the world in amazing 3D view on new Google Earth
