This week I sit down with Grief and Trauma Therapist Gina Moffa, to talk about her new book "Moving On Doesn't Mean Letting Go '' and to discuss her work helping people understand and integrate their grief, in all its forms. Gina states that the intention of her book is to be a teaching guide for grief and loss, and an answer to society asking us to "move on, quickly" when we experience grief. Gina explains what happens to our brains when we cannot physically locate our loved ones who have passed on and tools to navigate this experience. We wrap up on the topic of grief and loss, when friendships, relationships, or partnerships end. To buy a copy of Gina's book, click here. To learn more about Gina, head over to her website and follow her on Instagram @ginamoffalcsw You can watch this full interview over on our YouTube Channel. Don't forget to subscribe! Did you know? Krista Xiomara has a solo podcast called Notes from the Healing Field: a safe space for self-healers to explore their own journey. If you need support Krista Xiomara offers retreats and coaching.
