Karen Read was charged with second-degree murder for the death of her boyfriend, Boston Police officer John O’Keefe. According to prosecutors, Karen deliberately hit John with her car while dropping him off at a friend’s house, leaving him to die in the snow. But her defense team claims that she is the victim of a cover up, perpetrated by the police.
