Much of the suffering we see in the world is visible and we reach out to help but a good part of the suffering in the world is silent suffering. There are so many who suffer from emotional and psychological abuse that can go undetected that those who suffer may feel they have nowhere to turn. Coach Alicia Hall has taken her own experience of being a survivor of emotional and psychological abuse and come up with a formula to help those in a similar situation she was in to find healing and forgiveness. She is talking about that formula on the podcast today. We all have found ourselves in need of healing and extending forgiveness so even if you haven’t suffered from emotional or psychological abuse in a relationship, you will want to listen so that you can apply this formula in your life as well.

If you would like more help to do this, reach out to Alicia and let her help you start working on the formula today!
