As much as I love talking about mental health and related topics, I also like a freewheeling discussion and what can be more fun than discussing pop-culture and understanding each other better. That’s why today I have a person with me who has got the pulse of pop-culture. It's none other than Aastha Atray, the editor of Sunday Midday, an author and one of the pioneering podcasters in India.

How people think, why they think in a certain way, how to improve our lives in little ways and how we can make our lives simpler and more fulfilling.

This is not a sociology class and you might have a different point of view but this episode will give you something to think about and something to work on. So join me and Aastha and don’t forget to share the episode with your friends.
