As the Executive Director at Fairborn Digital Academy, Erik has been a cornerstone of the institution since its inception in 2002, evolving from a computer technician to his current leadership role.

As a coach for the Fairborn High School's Women's Soccer team and a Master Gardener, Erik extends his teaching beyond the classroom to the field and garden, fostering growth, teamwork, and sustainability.
