As the founder of the physician wellness practice, StressFreeMD, she uniquely combines her training in medicine, yoga therapy, meditation & life coaching to teach other physicians a whole-person approach to elevate their overall health and happiness.

Her innovative CME courses, coaching, presentations, retreats, and podcasts focus on the key topics of stress relief, nutrition, fitness, sleep, and social connection for complete physical, mental, and emotional well-being, resilience, and longevity.

Dr. Tiger serves as lead faculty and subject matter expert in stress management for the Foundations of Lifestyle Medicine Board Review Manual, host of the StressFreeMD Podcast, Western Carolina Medical Society Healthy Healer Partner, and SurgeOn App Self-Care Key Opinion Leader for Surgeons. When she’s not busy supporting her colleagues, Robyn can be found enjoying her own self-care through hiking, paddle boarding, meditating, yoga, and playing with her dog, husband, and kids in the mountains of Asheville, NC.
