Cristóbal Escobar joined Coop and Taylor to discuss his new book, The Intensive-Image in Deleuze’s Film-Philosophy. Cristóbal is a Lecturer in Screen Studies at the University of Melbourne and Film Programmer at the Santiago International Documentary Film Festival (FIDOCS). His publications include The Intensive-Image in Deleuze’s Film-Philosophy (2023), an edited collection on Cine Cartográfico (2017), and a co-edited dossier with Barbara Creed on ‘Film and the Nonhuman’ (2024).
